14k white gold ring with a purple star sapphire stone and diamonds which amount to approximately 0.70 carat TW (SI1-I1 clarity/G-H-I color). It measures 22mm wide across the top, fits a size 7.25 finger, and weighs 7.9 grams.
This does not have a purity stamp and has been tested.
