14k white gold ring with a 1.04 carat old European cut center diamond (VS1 clarity/J-K color), 36 round brilliant cut accent diamonds which amount to approximately 0.38 carat TW (SI2-I1 clarity/H-I color). Making the total carat weight 1.42. The 24 sapphire stones are not graded. It measures 15mm wide across the top, fits a size 6.5 finger, and weighs 4.3 grams.
